Dentistry Needs More Writers
I used to write frequently. I’m not a particularly good writer, and am prone to typos as I go, but I find it to be beneficial, maybe even therapeutic. It’s one of the best ways I have found to clarify my thinking as I explore ideas, build new products, and lean into something new.
For the last few years, I’ve found myself too busy to write. I suppose many dentists are too busy as well. However, I feel strongly that our profession needs more of us to share our thoughts in writing where they can be found by those who need them (search still only works well with text). So you’ll see me publishing more content here (on Embrasure Space), on DentWoo, and on a new venture I’m soft launching now called American Dental News (ADN).
I’ll use Embrasure Space as a place to muse, and riff, and ask questions, and explore ideas. More structured and pointed dental content will be published on DentWoo or ADN.
