    If you have any questions regarding the use or functionality of this website, you can open a support ticket by hovering your mouse over the support icon in the top right corner of the screen. Once you are hovering over the support icon, a drop down menu will appear. Select “support” to browse previous tickets, select “FAQ” to browse frequently asked questions, and select “submit a ticket” to open a new ticket with our support team. Screenshots below outline the two step process for opening a ticket.
